how do i find my reservation? the new website is horrible and not easy to navigate

    Hello Angela,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties navigating the Disney World website. Hopefully, I can help so that you can get on your way to planning your magical vacation!

When you go to the home page of the website, you'll notice that there is "Important Information" listed at the top of the page. I do recommend reading it, if you haven't already, but you can also click "Hide" found in the dark blue bar to temporarily remove it for easier navigation.

Below all of that, you should see the menu bar. All the way to the right is "My Disney Experience." If you access that drop down menu, you can click on "My Plans." If you aren't logged into your Disney Account, you'll be prompted to do so, and you should be able to see your resort reservations, tickets, and any dining reservations you've made.

You can also locate your reservation using the My Disney Experience app on your mobile device. When you are in the app, click the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner. Then click on "Future Plans." If you've linked your plans to your My Disney Experience account, you'll be able to see them. If not, you'll need to link them by clicking the "Link to Account" button and following the prompts to link your Passes, Dining Reservations, Photos, Memory Maker, Hotel Reservation, and/or Magic Bands. It's fairly easy to link everything, but you will need the confirmation number and the last name associated with the reservation.

Sending some extra pixie dust and hoping this helps make navigating the website a bit easier. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to help as you plan your magical vacation.
