    Where can I find the reservation availability for the Fall Ticker offer?

    Hi Heaven,

    Welcome to planDisney! You're so lucky to have been extended this special offer!

    The Fall Ticket Offer is an exclusive promotion sent to select email subscribers. Each recipient received a unique PIN to use for their transactions. While this offer is non-transferable, you may purchase up to five tickets per transaction, with a maximum of three transactions per PIN.

    This offer is valid for visits between September 10, 2025, and December 12, 2025. If you're having trouble making reservations, please contact Guest Services. Since the offer is tied to your email, a Cast Member will be better equipped to help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing.

    The dates for the Fall Ticket Offer fall within a wonderful time to visit the parks, as multiple events will be taking place:

    Halloween Time: August 22 – October 31
    Plaza De La Familia: August 22 – November 2
    The Holidays Begin: November 14 – January 7, 2026
    Festival of Holidays: November 14 – January 7, 2026
