Hello there, Robin! Thanks for visiting us at planDisney. I'm glad you cruised our way!
I'd be happy to point your compass in the correct direction. Let's find your reservation! Please log in to your account on the
Disney Cruise Line Website. You'll find the link to do so at the very top of the webpage, in the middle. Once you are signed in, hover your mouse over the "Already Booked" tab and select the first option from the drop-down menu, titled "
My Reservations," to proceed.
It might be necessary to enter your Reservation Confirmation number, including the name and birth date of the Guest who booked the cruise. If you don't have this information, please search your email inbox, as it should be listed in your confirmation email from Disney Cruise Line. Don't forget to check your spam folder if you can't find the email. If you still aren't having any luck locating your reservation number, please
call Disney Cruise Line for assistance. The agents will wave their magic wands to help you out and set things straight.
Once you've located your reservation, you can begin to plan for all the
fun and entertainment that you'll find onboard. Once you have paid for your reservation in full and your
booking window opens, you can reserve
Port Adventures, adult-exclusive dining reservations, and more onboard fun. I highly recommend dining at
Palo for brunch with the adults in your sailing party. The lasagna on the menu is a must-try dish!
Please cruise our way again if you have additional questions. My pals and I are here to help you have the best time possible.
Happy Planning!
Adrianna
