I'm so glad you stopped by with your question. Your upcoming trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is just around the riverbend. Therefore, we better dig a little deeper and find that reservation!
The first thing I would recommend you do is open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and click the menu button in the bottom right corner. Tap "Future Plans" and you should find any upcoming theme park reservations,
Disney Resort Hotel stays, and/or
dining reservations.
If you don't see what you're looking for, try locating the confirmation email that you received when you made your reservation. Each time you make a reservation (whether it be for a theme park, Disney Resort, or restaurant) you will receive a confirmation email from Disney. That email will contain the relevant ID or confirmation numbers you'll need to link your reservations to your account. To link your reservations, simply go back to "Future Plans" and tap "Link to Account." The rest is fairly straightforward.
If you're still having problems, I'd suggest calling Disney and
speaking directly to a Cast Member. They should be able to wave their magic wand and figure out what the issue is.
