Hello, Maria!
Welcome to planDisney. I am happy to help you find your Disney Cruise Line reservation!
Log into your account on the
Disney Cruise Line website. Hover over "Already Booked" at the top of the page and then select "My Reservations." You may need to enter your Reservation Confirmation Number and the birth date of the Guest who booked the cruise to
find the reservation. The
Reservation Confirmation Number should have been listed in your confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam folder if the email did not appear in your inbox. You can also call
Disney Cruise Line if you still cannot find your reservation information.
Once you find your reservation, you should be able to make payments and view other information about your voyage. You can also reserve
Port Adventures and
Onboard Activities on the website and the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app during your
booking window. I like Port Adventures because they allow Guests to explore different Ports of Call. I prefer activities that combine time on the beach with other activities. The Onboard Activities also offer a wide range of experiences, often including royal makeovers for kids at
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, meet and greets with
Disney Princesses, and
Beverage Tastings. My spouse and I enjoy participating in the Beverage Tastings and dining in
Palo (so good!!) while our kids play in the
youth clubs.
Maria, make sure to check out the
Packing List page and
List of Prohibited Items before your cruise. Both resources are very helpful when you start packing! I hope you have a wonderful cruise!
Happy sailing!
Jen
