How do I find my reservation?

Hi there, Gina! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!

If you ask me, there really has never been a better time to visit Walt Disney World Resort! From Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration to exciting new attractions like Remy's Ratatouille Adventure, there is something fabulous to enjoy at every turn. So, I’m thrilled to know you’ve booked your visit and are on your way to the vacation of a lifetime!

Now, let’s help you find your reservation so you can continue planning your magical adventure. To find your reservation, start by opening up the Walt Disney World website. Then, click on the My Disney Experience logo to log into your account. From there, hover over the logo, and click on “My Plans” from the drop-down. You should see your vacation under “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” If you don’t see it there, worry not! Your reservation just may need to be linked to your My Disney Experience account. To do so, simply follow these steps:

    • Log into your My Disney Experience account.
    • Then, hover over the My Disney Experience logo and click on “My Plans.”
    • From there, scroll down until you see “Resort Hotel.”
    • Hover over the “Resort Hotel” icon and select “Link a Reservation.”
    • Then, locate your Confirmation Number from the email you would have received at the time of booking and enter this along with the last name on your reservations, and follow the prompts to complete the link.

If for whatever reason, the steps below don’t work, or you can’t find your Confirmation Number, you can always give the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team a call at (407) 939-1936, and they will be happy to help you find your reservation and get it all linked up.

Since you will likely be visiting during The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration, you are sure to be surrounded by special EARidescent magic throughout your stay! Suppose you have a sweet tooth, like me. In that case, I highly recommend trying some of the celebratory desserts available throughout Walt Disney World, including the refreshingly delicious Crooning Flowers Float from Aloha Isle. YUM!

I hope my answer has been helpful to you! We here at planDisney love to help our fellow Guests make the most of their Walt Disney World Vacation, so please visit us again if you have any other questions!

    See you real soon!
