Hey there, Michael! Welcome to
planDisney.
Thank you for bringing me your
Disneyland Resort question! I see you are planning to visit in just a few days. It is
Halloween Time and the famous Mickey Mouse Pumpkin is ready to greet you on Main Street, U.S.A.
As a fellow guest, I do not have the ability to view your tickets. Nevertheless, it sounds like you have either purchased a
Multi-day Ticket or a
California Resident Ticket. It is important to know that multi-day tickets bought through Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland Mobile App must be used within
13 days of their initial use. However, if you have a California Resident Ticket, those tickets expire on
September 28, 2023. The tickets may be used on non-consecutive days and there
are blockout dates that apply.
If you do have a remaining ticket available, you may find it by opening your Disneyland App and pressing the hamburger icon (≡) at the bottom right-hand side of your screen. Next, you will press the "Tickets and Passes" tile. This is where you will find any valid tickets that are linked to your account. If you see one, it should indicate the number of days you have left on the ticket. For example, "
2 days remaining," etc. Please do not forget to make a
Park Reservation in advance for each day you plan to visit the Theme Parks.
If you do not see any tickets, it might mean that your ticket has expired. I recommend calling the
Tickets phone line to speak to a Cast Member. It's a good idea to have your ticket order's Confirmation Number ready before calling. It may be possible to
upgrade your expired ticket to a new one of equal or greater value.
Michael, I hope this helps you. I am wishing you the happiest
and spookiest visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth!
Your Pal,
Alejandra
