Is there a way to find out remaining days on theme park tickets on My Disney Experience? Thanks!

    Hey Michael-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Unused days on Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets is like Winnie the Pooh finding extra “hunny” pots in his cupboard.

Currently, Guests are unable to find out how many days remain on Magic Your Way - No Expiration Option tickets through My Disney Experience. There are, however, two ways to find out. First, you may contact a Cast Member at 407-WDISNEY (407-934-7639) and ask them how many days you have remaining on the specific ticket. Have the ticket present to make sure you get the correct information. They will ask you for your name and address for verification. Second, you may visit any Guest Relations location. Present your tickets and government identification to the Cast Member and they will research your ticket history and find out how many days remain.

Disney Dad Tip: Always keep photo copies or pictures of the front and back of your tickets and gift cards. If they get lost DIsney will have an easier time helping you.

Michael, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
