Where can i find receipts from past visits?

Welcome to planDisney, Peter! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. It looks like you're on a treasure hunt for receipts from your previous vacations, so I've got some tips to help you find what you're looking for!

The best place to start for receipts from past visits is almost always your email inbox. Start by searching for the word "folio." That's what Disney calls the itemized bill for charges made to your Resort Hotel room. Your folio shows things like dining, merchandise, and anything else that you charged back to the room during your stay. It's typically sent the morning you check out, so searching "folio" and then looking quickly for the date of your trip can really help narrow things down.

For things you bought using mobile features in the My Disney Experience app, look for emails from "Walt Disney World Receipt" as the sender. That typically covers mobile food and beverage orders, like when you place a mobile order for quick-service meals, as well as mobile merchandise checkout, when you scan and pay in certain shops using your phone. Try searching your inbox for phrases like "mobile order," or even the name of the restaurant or shop, like "Satu'li Canteen," "Pecos Bill," or "World of Disney."

If you've used different email addresses over the years, work vs. personal, or maybe your own vs. a partner's, it's worth checking each one. Receipts go to the email tied to the Disney account or payment method at the time of purchase, so an old or secondary inbox can sometimes be where everything is hiding.

If you've tried all of that and still can't find what you need, your next step is to email guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com. In your message, include as many details as you can, like your full name, the dates of your visit, the resort you stayed at, your reservation number, and what kind of receipts you're looking for. There's no guarantee that they'll be able to retrieve anything, but they may be able to locate some of the things you're looking for.

I hope this answers your question, Peter, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help!
