    How do I find my receipt/onboard account information after a cruise? It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received a summary.

    Hi Priya,

    Welcome to planDisney! Now that you’re home from your cruise on the Disney Dream, reality really hits, doesn’t it? I know I am always ready to get back onboard as soon as I possibly can. Maybe that’s why so many people opt for back-to-back cruises so they can prolong their sailing days!

    I understand how you didn’t receive a summary of your stateroom folio. Right now, the paper versions are not being distributed, so the information is all available on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or viewable on your stateroom TV. But that no longer works once you disembark the ship.

    Never fear, we’ve got you covered! You can still request an itemized bill using the Disney Cruise Line Help Center. You will complete this form, and a Cast Member will respond to your request. They will need your name, email address, phone number, and reservation number. Under the "Subject" line, you will use the drop down to select “My Recent Cruise.” In the “Your Question” section, be sure to include your cruise date and request a copy of your onboard statement. The other option would be to call Disney Cruise Line to make this request. 

    Steer back to planDisney as you chart a course for your next voyage. See, I’m already assuming you will be sailing again with Captain Mickey!
