Disney calls the receipt or list of charges to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel room a “Guest folio.” Usually, the Guest folio is emailed to the email address associated with your
My Disney Experience account on the morning of your
checkout day. If you didn’t receive that, I recommend searching your inbox (look for the word “folio”) and checking your junk mail folder. If it’s been fewer than 48 hours since you left, it might still be on its way.
If you are still on your magical vacation, that Guest folio can be viewed anytime in your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Under Resort Hotel, you will see an option to view your charges, but that option is only available when you are checked in. After check-out, that option disappears, so it’s always a good idea to review the charges before you leave.
If you haven’t received an email and you’re already home, you are welcome to
call and speak with a Cast Member on the My Past Walt Disney World Visit line at (407) 939-6104. You may also email guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com to request a copy of your folio.
