Hi there, Leticia! I’m so glad you stopped by planDisney with such a great question.
If you recently purchased
theme park tickets, your receipt will likely be right in the same enchanted spot Disney sends almost all purchase confirmations: your email inbox. Peek at the email address you used during checkout and look for a message with keywords like “Disney Confirmation,” “Ticket Purchase,” or “Your Disney Experience.” And just in case the pixie dust floated it away, be sure to check that pesky spam or junk folder.
You can also find your ticket details by signing into your
My Disney Experience account. Once you’re in, head to My Plans to check that your tickets are linked. While the system doesn’t always re-display the receipt itself, having your tickets properly linked gives you everything you need to plan your magical day.
If that confirmation email is playing hide-and-seek, you can always reach out to the helpful Cast Members at the
Existing Tickets line for a little sprinkle of assistance.
And here’s my extra sprinkle of pixie dust: next time you purchase tickets, take a quick screenshot of your confirmation email right when it arrives. It’s saved me more than once when my inbox gets as wild as a runaway train on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad!
Leticia, I hope this helps you track down your ticket receipt with ease. If you have any other questions as you plan your visit, sprinkle them our way. We’re always happy to help make the magic clear and easy!
Emille
