Hiya, Bruce!
Welcome to planDisney, Friend! I am delighted that you stopped by with your Travel Protection Plan question. It looks as if your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is coming up in just a few days. I have my fingers crossed that your travel party is getting excited and finalizing all the last-minute details. This is an amazing year to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
The World's Most Magical Celebration is still going strong!
Beacons of Magic, new
attractions, and
amazing nighttime spectaculars are just a few of the latest additions that are part of this historic celebration. But, if by chance you are inquiring about this insurance option because your plans have changed, let's go through how to find out if you selected the plan when setting up your magical vacation.
You can locate all of your upcoming trip details, including any travel plan purchases, in a variety of ways. The first option would be to check your vacation package confirmation email if you still have it. This email should contain your
Walt Disney World Resort hotel information, confirmation number, ticket details, and information about any add-ons you selected, including the
Travel Protection Plan.
Now if that email disappeared into the lost digital world that most emails travel to, you may still be able to get these details through your
My Disney Experience account. You can view your current travel details under the
My Plans tab of the My Disney Experience menu, located on the
Walt Disney World Resort website. The details can be found through the blue
Change Reservation tile. The next page will show you further details about all of your plans and if you have the travel protection added. Because your plans are coming up so very soon, viewing these details online may no longer be an option as changes cannot be made. But Hakuna Matata!
You can reach out to a friendly Cast Member by phone with
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to receive any vacation package details. They will be able to confirm any travel protection that was added to the package and assist you with any changes you may need to make. It is worth noting that if you booked your vacation through a travel agency or professional you will need to contact them directly to inquire about the details of your vacation package and add-on purchases.
Bruce, I hope all is going according to plan with your upcoming adventure. And if your plans have changed, we hope to see ya real soon!
