How I can find my prior trip booking details ???

    Welcome to planDisney Reemaben!

It sounds like you have cruised before! Once you have completed a sailing with the Disney Cruise Line, you are officially a member of the Castaway Club. There is no better Club at sea to be a member of!

To see how many cruises you have completed, sign in on the Disney Cruise Line website.  Under the "Already Booked" tab, select "Castaway Club." Here you will see your Castaway Club level, number of completed cruises, and club benefits. Currently, cruise histories with dates, ships, and stateroom numbers are not showing up online. I do not know if this feature will be returning anytime soon, but in the meantime contact a Disney Cruise Line agent to get that information if needed.

I hope you are planning to cruise with Disney again real soon. Whether you prefer the classic Disney Magic, or plan to sail on the brand new Disney Wish, you will find everything during your cruise to be in ship-shape order! I am always amazed by the service received from the Stateroom Hosts/Hostesses and the Dining Service Team. Captains Mickey and Minnie and their crew definitely cannot wait for you to be their guests onboard!

Bon Voyage and we will see you real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
