Hi, Curtis -
Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel with your question. A Land and Sea vacation combination is a wonderful experience to share with your loved ones. This is the type of vacation that I really enjoy. My family and I usually will spend the time at the Parks first. There's a lot of energy burned while you enjoy the rides and attractions of Disney World. Lots of walking and screaming for sure! The fun doesn't stop there, since the magic does continue when you hop onto the Disney Cruise for some rest, relaxation and down right pampering. Sailing out on the high seas with Captain Mickey is a magical experience that I hope you and your wife get to experience!
When planning for a Disney Cruise vacation, you can get an idea of costs by first clicking on the link to
'Find a Cruise'. You can play around with the site and you can compare prices depending on when and where you'd like to sail to. It will also allow you to choose the length of the different voyages. There are peak seasons during the year, that usually coincides with holidays and whenever kids are on school break. If you've got flexible travel dates, you might be able to find some good deals during the slower months. You can check out cruise prices right now for the next 18 months. There's a lot that is included in the base cruise price and there is always something for everyone on the Disney Cruise. My fellow Disney Mom, Marcy, has a
great set of videos that show you what's included when you sail with Disney.
To check out Walt Disney World accommodations & vacation planning, you can log into
Disney's main site to start checking out prices on hotels & park tickets.
I hope this helps to get you started.
