Where do I find my point usage and history? I no longer see a link to 'My DVC'. What is going on here? This site and your customer service become more and more difficult these days.

    Hiya, Dennis!

Welcome to planDisney from a fellow Disney Vacation Club Member.  I love having the freedom to manage my Disney Vacation Club account and book stays online, but I know how frustrating it can be when tech tools aren't working quite how you expect.  I'm sorry that you're having trouble with the DVC website, but I'm happy to help you troubleshoot the problem and walk you through the steps of finding the information you need.

I'm not sure if there was a glitch or if something was being updated when you were accessing the website, but I just walked through this whole process with my own account to make sure it was working before I shared this info with you.  As of this morning, the "My DVC" tab is appearing normally on the Disney Vacation Club website, so you should be able to follow these steps to access your Vacation Point activity from a computer.  Here's what you'll need to do:

    1. Log in to the DVC website with your Disney Account credentials.
    2. On the far-right side of the menu bar, hover over the "My DVC" tab and select "My Vacation Points" from the drop-down options.
    3. On the next screen, you'll be able to see a summary of the Vacation Points that are currently available for this Use Year, as well as the next three Use Years.
    4. To view a history of your Points activity, click on the blue "View Transactions" button on the right side of your screen.  This will give you the option to view your activity by contract, as well as select the date range you'd like to see.

If you're trying to view this information on your phone instead of a computer, just note that the top navigation menu won't show on the main screen.  You'll need to tap the three lines in the top-left corner to access the "My DVC" tab.  After that, you can follow the same steps from above.  If you're still having trouble accessing the information you need, I recommend contacting Member Services for further support.  You can do this by calling (800) 800-9800 or by using the chat feature on the website during normal operating hours.  Lately, I've really been loving this chat feature –– wait times have been significantly lower than over the phone and Cast Members can even access your account to provide specific information.  Be sure to give it a try the next time you reach out to Member Services.

I hope this helps to solve your tech troubles and I really appreciate you visiting planDisney, Dennis.  If you think of more Disney Vacation Club questions, feel free to stop by again –– we're always here to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Amy
