Hi there, Tamara! Thanks for sailing our way with your question. My pals and I are happy to help.
If you booked a placeholder reservation as part of an
Onboard Offer on a previous cruise, you have a lot to look forward to! You can find a record of this reservation by signing into your account on the Disney Cruise Line Website. Navigate to the
Already Booked tab and click
My Reservations. If you have an upcoming sailing, you'll see that pop up first, but if you click on the drop-down menu, you'll see any other reservation numbers listed. Your placeholder will be titled "Future Cruise Placeholder," and you'll see the expiration date. Remember, if you are unable to sail before the placeholder expires, you will be refunded. This flexibility (along with a great discount!) is the reason why I take advantage of the Onboard Offer every time I set sail.
With so many
incredible destinations to choose from, you are sure to have a magical vacation ahead. You might consider a special holiday-themed sailing.
Halloween on the High Seas is a personal favorite of mine, as I love the opportunity to take photos with Disney Characters dressed in their costumes. It's also fun to trick-or-treat around the ship amongst the fun Halloween decor. My husband prefers a
Very Merrytime sailing to ring in the holiday season aboard a cruise with festive decor, themed activities, and Santa Claus himself!
Tamara, if you have more questions, please return to planDisney to ask. We'll be here for you!
Happy Planning,
Adrianna
