Hello, Pamela! Thank you for cruising over to us at planDisney with your question. Welcome!
I'm so sorry to hear that the cruise photos that you purchased are only visible with watermarks. Those special photos are important and I'd love to walk you through the process to view your photos. I apologize in advance if these are the steps you've already been taking. We can explore what to do if that's the case.
To access your photos, start by navigating to the "
My Cruise Photos" section on the home page of the
Disney Cruise Line website. From there, hover your mouse over the "Already Booked" tab (it's the third tab from the right). Search through the "Already Booked" menu to click "My Cruise Photos". You will find it as the final item listed under the subheading "My Account". After you click the "My Cruise Photos" link, it will take you to a new page where you will be prompted to enter your 8-digit Castaway Club ID to link your photos to your Disney Cruise account. With the photos linked, they should be available to view and download without a watermark.
If you are still encountering issues with watermarks on the cruise photos that you have purchased, I recommend that you get in touch with the Disney Cruise Line Guest Communications Team via email. You can email them directly at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com to explain your predicament.
I'm hopeful that with a little wave of a magic wand, your cruise photos will be in your hands quite quickly. Thank you again for visiting us at planDisney and please sail our way again if you have more questions. My pals and I are ready to help whether you'll be visiting Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, a Disney Vacation Club property, or sailing with the Disney Cruise Line again.
Hope to see you real soon!
