    I can find all my photos via Disney PhotoPass on the Disney World app for app *except* for Splash Mountain. Is this an error, or perhaps the ride isn’t connected to PhotoPass?

    Hi there Sarah, and welcome to planDisney. Now that you've made your way out of the briar patch and back home, let's round up those memories from your magical vacation!

    Last summer when my family and I returned to Walt Disney World following the park closure, we spent what we all agreed was our best day EVER at the Magic Kingdom Park. Emotions were high when we stepped onto Main Street U.S.A. and glimpsed Cinderella Castle shining like a beacon of hope. I could feel the joy emanating from my children all day long as they rode attractions and interacted with their favorite Disney pals once again. 

    One particular highlight was when my little princess discovered she was tall enough to ride Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Though she clutched my arm throughout the entire adventure, she loved the ride and didn't stop talking about it the rest of the week; it was her first roller coaster and she was so proud of herself! Much to my disappointment, when we reviewed our Disney PhotoPass images from the visit, our on-ride photos from Seven Dwarfs Mine Train were missing. Fortunately, after giving them a few clues, the sleuths at Disney PhotoPass were able to track down the pictures and link them to our My Disney Experience account.

    Here's what you'll want to do, Sarah. Visit the Contact Us section of the Disney PhotoPass website and select "a missing photo" from the dropdown menu. From here, provide as many details as you can about the missing images. The more information you include, the easier it will be for them to locate your smiling faces. In my experience, our photo was found a few days after submitting my inquiry. The only hitch will be if another Guest in your photo was not in compliance with Disney policies at the time the picture was taken. If this is the case, Disney PhotoPass will not be able to share the picture with you, and they will let you know if this is the case. I'll keep my fingers crossed that all goes well and the mystery is quickly solved.
