Where do I find my photo pass ID?

    Hi Cory,

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your PhotoPass question! I am absolutely obsessed with Disney PhotoPass—I make my family stop at every photographer in sight (ask them, they’ll confirm!). Whether it’s a perfect castle shot, a fun Magic Shot with Tinker Bell, or one of those hilarious candid moments where my kids are mid-silly faces, these photos are pure magic. The PhotoPass photographers always do such an incredible job capturing those priceless Disney memories.

Now, let’s snap right into your question! On the back of each PhotoPass card, you’ll find a 16-character unique ID. For example, when we visit Enchanted Tales with Belle, they always give us a hard copy PhotoPass card with our photos. To link that card to your My Disney Experience App, simply:

    1. Open the My Disney Experience App
    2. Select Disney PhotoPass
    3. Tap "Link Photos"
    4. Enter the 16-character PhotoPass ID from the back of the card
Once linked, you can view and download your magical moments right from your Disney account!

Pro Tip: If you love ride photos, make sure your MagicBand, MagicBand+, or ticket card is linked to your My Disney Experience account—this way, your on-ride images (like that first drop on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure) will automatically appear in your account.

I hope this helps, Cory! If you have any more PhotoPass questions, feel free to stop by again.

    See you real soon,

    Christina
