    where do I find my photo pass 16 digit number?

    Hiya, Vicki! Welcome to planDisney! 

    I love Disney PhotoPass as I feel like it makes my vacations last forever! Looking back at the memories my family has made together is absolute magic! PhotoPass Photographers do such an incredible job, and I hope that you got some great shots on your last visit to Walt Disney World, Vicki!

    Now let’s get your PhotoPass number linked to your account so you can view your pictures! On the back of each PhotoPass card that you receive from PhotoPass Cast Members, you’ll find a 16-character ID. To link that card to your My Disney Experience App, follow the steps I’ve outlined for you below:

    -Log in to your My Disney Experience App
    -Select the three lines button at the bottom righthand corner of the screen
    -Select “Photo Gallery” under the “Disney PhotoPass” banner
    -Select the three dots button at the top righthand corner of the screen
    -Select “Link Photos”
    -Select “Type to Link PhotoPass Card” 
    -Look on the back of your card and type the characters in to the prompt
    -Once linked, they’ll populate in your PhotoPass gallery
