Is there a way to find a payment history for your reservation. I made a payment that does not appear to be showing that it went toward my reservation because the balance amount has not changed since the day original reservation was made.

Hi there, Donald! Welcome to planDisney!

It's so exciting when you're in the midst of Disney cruise planning! With each payment made, you're one step closer to all the magic on board with Captain Mickey and his friends!

There is a way to view your payment history on the Disney Cruise Line website or on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. On the website, under “Already Booked”, click “My Reservations”, and then “View Details” under “Complete Your Reservation”. On the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, open up your reservation and then “Balance” under "Next Steps”. In both spots, you should be able to view the payments you still owe on your cruise, as well as any payments already made.

However, if you booked the cruise using a travel agent, the balance that you have paid on the cruise will have been sent from them, and they will have this information. Instead of a Cruise Payment Summary, it will only have a Reservation Summary listed, with instructions to contact your travel agent for your cruise balance. Anytime I have used a travel agent to book my cruise, I am able to find my balance using the documents they have provided to me.

Just in case you still can’t find it, I have another suggestion: check your email. Look for either an email from Disney Cruise Line or your travel agent, if you used one, as a receipt from your cruise payment history. I’ve always had luck with this and am usually able to find it this way. Sometimes I even find that switching from my phone to my computer helps me find what I’m searching for in my email.

Lastly, I suggest calling Disney Cruise Line, or your travel agent if you used one, just to ensure that all payments went through. Not only will they be able to tell you if the payments were processed, but they might be able to provide you with a detailed receipt, which you can request to be emailed to you.

Donald, I hope I was able to help. I wish you plenty of beautiful memories aboard your cruise! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any more questions.
