Hello, Karen! Welcome to planDisney where my pals and I are always happy to help.
As a
returning guest of the Disney Cruise Line, it's always fun to be able to view the list of past cruises that you have sailed. It's great to reminisce on past voyages and plan ahead for future vacations. The Disney Cruise Line website has recently been undergoing some magical enhancements. Due to these upgrades, your list of past cruises is temporarily unavailable to view via the website. At this time, you must
contact a Guest Service Agent to request this information. The friendly agents will be able to help you. You can either call or utilize the online chat feature to reach out to the Guest Service Agents. To go the chat route, be sure to be logged in to your account. If you don't see the option to chat pop up, you can try using a different internet browser.
Current wait times over the phone have been elevated, so I suggest if you decide to call, that you do so earlier in the morning and be prepared to wait if necessary. I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes your way for short wait times!
Karen, as a fellow Californian, did you know that the
Disney Wonder is embarking from San Diego for a longer sailing season than usual this year? It's a quick trip to the port for a wonderful cruise vacation. I highly recommend the
Halloween on the High Seas offerings in the fall. If you have any more questions, please cruise our way again. My fellow panelists and I are happy to answer questions about Disneyland, Walt Disney World, the Disney Vacation Club, and of course, Disney Cruise Line. Hope to see ya real soon!
Have a day full of magic,
Adrianna
