Ahoy there, Jon!
Welcome aboard planDisney! It sounds like you’re doing a little magical sleuthing to make sure your Castaway Club history is shipshape—a feeling I know well. I’ve definitely found myself scrolling through my own past sailings the same way Belle wanders through a library: happily, but also double-checking that everything is in the right place.
If all is smooth sailing with your account, you should be able to view your previous cruises right in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. When you log in, the app may ask whether you’re “On Board or at the Port” or “At Home”—and you’ll want to select “At Home.” After that, the Navigator app will take you straight to your list of reservations. Your “Upcoming Cruises” will appear at the top, and if you keep scrolling—think of it like following the trail of pixie dust—you’ll find a section labeled “Past Cruises” where your previous voyages are listed.
Because this feature is relatively new, it may not capture every journey you’ve taken. Mine, for example, only shows my sailings from 2022 to now. I’m hoping those earlier adventures get added someday, because each one holds memories as good as a warm beignet on the Wonder. If your past cruises aren’t appearing at all, I recommend
giving Disney Cruise Line a call. A friendly Cast Member can take a look, make sure you’re receiving Castaway Club credit for every voyage, and check whether a duplicate account is causing an Ursula-level tangle behind the scenes.
You can also view a full list of your sailings on the Disney Cruise Line website. Just head to the Already Booked tab and select
My Cruise History and Folio. After signing in, you should see your complete lineup of adventures displayed—no magic mirror required.
I hope this helps as you chart a course through your cruise history and make sure every treasured voyage is accounted for. May each look back remind you of the adventures you’ve already had and spark excitement for the ones still on your horizon.
Sea ya real soon as the tides turn toward thankful hearts and joyful journeys,
Dustin
