Where can I find the park policy? I wanted to take a bag for my 4 year old; I just want to know if there’s any foods or snacks allowed.

    Hi Nancy,

I’m so excited to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your preschooler! My youngest son is in preschool and it’s so much fun to enjoy the magic of the theme parks with your little one. Did you know that there is a planning guide specifically for parents who are planning vacations with their little ones? It’s a great resource for tips and vacation ideas to help you plan your trip!

Guests visiting the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks are welcome to bring outside food and drinks with them into the parks. Keep in mind that you cannot bring any glass containers and your bag must be smaller than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high. You can check out the complete Walt Disney World Resort Park Rules for additional information. I always bring plenty of snacks in my backpack for the little kids (and the big kids) in my family. I’ve found that snacks such as single-serving bags of crackers, fruit snacks and granola bars are perfect to satisfy hungry tummies during a big day. Plus, it’s a great way to save a little bit of money that we can use towards extra Dole Whips and souvenEARs!

Be sure to consider adding Memory Maker to your trip so you can capture and save all of the magical memories you make together during your vacation. Come back to see us if we can answer additional questions as you count down the final sleeps until your trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
