Hi, Chantal! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
When I visit the Walt Disney World
theme parks, I always try to pack as much magic as possible into each day. I often find myself trying to squeeze in one last
attraction before returning to my
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel at the end of each evening. The good news is that as long as you are in line for an attraction before the park closes for the day, you will be permitted to ride.
It is worth mentioning, however, that if an attraction is experiencing long wait times, the queue for that attraction could possibly be closed before the end of the park's operating hours. In this instance, the guests already waiting in line would be able to ride, but additional guests would not be admitted into the queue. If an attraction is a must-do for you, I would recommend experiencing that attraction a bit earlier in the day to be on the safe side.
If you are a night-owl and would like extra time to experience your favorite attractions, you may want to consider attending a
Disney After Hours event. Your admission to this separately ticketed, 3-hour nighttime event lets you experience more magic in less time. Due to the limited number of tickets sold for Disney After Hours events, you will be able to access many park attractions with little-to-no wait time. Some yummy snacks and beverages are also included with your event ticket.
