We find ourselves at Caribbean Beach from April 29-May 7, 2017. Our plan for breakfast included Old Port Royale for 6 of the 8 mornings. Now that option is no longer available. Is there a list of all the places serving breakfast so we can make plans?

Hello William and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I'm a recent convert to the island charms of Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort having enjoyed a wonderful stay there last year with my own family and even though there are scheduled refurbishments and lots of Resort re-imagining due in May 2017, I'm sure you'll enjoy a magical time there too.
A short "Pardon our pixie dust" style explanation of the planned refurbishment including dining alternatives can be viewed by following the highlighted in blue 'see details' link found here in this Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort - Dining Options page.
As I read it, dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner from the beginning of May 2017 at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort will be provided at Centertown with 'Grab & Go' selections available in the island villages of Aruba, Jamaica and Martinique.
One of my most favourite ways to begin a Disney day is with Tonga Toast from the Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and the best spot to view and make all Disney restaurant Advanced Dining Reservations including Kona Cafe is found right here in this Dining link.
Wishing you an extra pixie dusted trip to Walt Disney World Resort.
