Hiya, Vicki! Thanks for stopping by planDisney. Whether you're venturing into the Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure first, you have to have
tickets to start your magical adventure. Let’s dive into how you can find yours, so you can get to the most fun part — planning out your park days!
Theme park tickets, often called
Disney eTickets, are delivered to you directly via email following purchase. The email may take some time to arrive. The subject line typically says “Disneyland Confirmation”. Once you open the email, click the “Access Your eTickets” button, and —
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo — you will see your tickets!
If you were logged into your myDisney account during the ticket purchase, you should be able to see your tickets within the Disneyland
mobile app. When you open the app, click on the (≡) button in the bottom right to open the main menu. Then, click “My Tickets & Passes.” On this page, you should see your tickets.
If you do not see your tickets within the app, you may need to add them to your account. Here’s how:
- Go back to your eTickets.
- Copy and paste the ticket number(s) located under the barcode and put them in a note that you can go back to. (Remember: The confirmation number starting with "DD" is not your ticket number.)
- Open the Disneyland mobile app.
- Tap the (≡) button.
- Tap “My Tickets & Passes.”
- Tap the (+) button in the top right corner.
- Tap “Link Tickets & Passes.”
- Tap “Type ID.”
- Paste your eTicket number.
- Tap “Link Media.”
Repeat Steps 8-10 if you have multiple tickets to add to your account. From here, you should be all set!
Vicki, I hope this helps and that you have the most wonderful time during your visit! Please feel free to come back and see us again here at planDisney if you need any additional help.
Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust,
Karmeen
