Hi there Dorothy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for sending your question our way!
I'm so excited to hEAR that you are planning to take to the skies during your upcoming vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I had a chance to experience the
Disney Skyliner during a recent visit, and I absolutely loved it. The views from above were awesome, and the system is so efficient at getting guests where they want to go. From
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, you can travel directly to
Disney's Hollywood Studios or journey to Epcot's International Gateway entrance with a short stop at
Disney's Riviera Resort.
My Disney theme park days begin early, and I always need a little jolt of java to jumpstart my mornings. The new Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company kiosk adjacent to the Disney Skyliner station at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is a perfect place to quench that need for caffeine. If you're like me and prefer your coffee cold and sweet, I recommend trying this location's unique treat - the Toffee Flight Latte. It is so delicious and will surely kick your day into high gear! It is available either hot or iced. Yum!
I am pleased to tell you, Dorothy, that you will be able to have a pre or post-flight beverage at Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company, as its operating hours are the same as the Disney Skyliner. Generally, the gondolas will be up and running approximately one hour prior to the official opening of connected theme parks and an hour or two after park closing, but be sure to check at your resort front desk upon arrival to confirm schedules. This morning for example, the Disney Skyliner and Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company were both open for business at 7:30 AM.
I hope this helps as you plan and consider those last minute details before your vacation. I can't wait for you soar through the skies Disney-style this spring. If there is anything else we can do for you before takeoff, please come back and see us again.
Happy flying!
Betsy
