Ahoy, Jane!
Thank you for sending in your question to planDisney! If it is time to complete your
online check-in, your vacation is around the corner. Soon you'll be setting sail for your
Halloween on the High Seas sailing with Mickey and the gang. They can't wait to welcome you aboard for a SPOOKtacular voyage.
Jane, to find your online check-in,
log in to your Disney Cruise Line reservation and look for "Already Booked." Under this tab, you'll see "My Disney Cruise" bolded, and under that section, select "Online Check-In."This will take you to the page where you can complete the process. First, upload photos of your
travel documentation along with clear photos of each member of your traveling party from the shoulders up. You'll also be asked about your travel arrangements to and from the port, an emergency contact's information, and payment information for your onboard account. If you have any younger sailors in your crew, you'll be asked some questions for the youth clubs onboard. Once you've completed all the steps, select your port arrival time (unless you are using
Disney Cruise Line ground transportation), and you'll be able to print the port arrival form or send the QR codes to a mobile device. They'll scan this form or code a few times on embarkation day, so keep it handy.
You can also complete your online check-in using the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Once signed in, scroll down under your magical countdown to see "My Online Check-In." You'll go through a similar process as described above.
Jane, I hope this helps. You can modify your plans or information up until 3 days before you set sail online or in the app. After that, you'll need to make any changes either at the port at check-in or once onboard at
Guest Services.
Thank you again for stopping by! Have a magical day.
Nancy
