To check the prospects on your Theme Park Ticket, take a peek at your
My Disney Experience app. Tap the three-lined icon at the bottom of the screen. Choose My Tickets & Passes, and you should be able to see your Theme Park Tickets, complete with the valid dates.
Pro-tip: If the date of your ticket has already passed you by or you can't see the ticket in your account,
call the stellar Cast Members at Tickets and Hotel Reservations. They may be able to help you work out a solution to getting you on your magical way.
