Hello there Krisell, thanks for stopping by planDisney with your great question!
Specific nutritional information is not available online for the quick service and table service restaurants at the Disneyland Resort. However, the Disneyland Resort is very accommodating when it comes to
special dietary requests. The
Disneyland app has menus for you to review prior to your trip, including allergy-friendly menus.
If you make a
dining reservation for a
table service restaurant or place a
mobile food and beverage order for a
quick service restaurant, you can also indicate if you have a special dietary request, and it will be noted in your order or reservation. They also recommend that you speak to a Cast Member about any special dietary requests when you arrive to the dining location.
Another great option is that you can bring your own food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages into both theme parks as well as the Downtown Disney District. There are a few
items that are prohibited such as loose ice, alcohol and other illegal substances, and glass containers other than baby food or medicine containers. I've brought in plenty of snacks and other food items to help tide us over to our next meal, and it's also a great way to save some money in the parks as well!
I hope this helped answer your question, Krisell!
Please come back and visit us if you have any other questions!
Have a magical day,
Melissa
