Where can you find nutritional information for the food at Disney World parks? I’m going to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom, and need the information for someone with special dietary requirements.

Hello, Emery and let me offer you a hearty welcome to planDisney!

Emery, from sweet to savory, from snacks to three-course dining events, there is no shortage of delicious options at the Walt Disney World Resort and I'm happy to chat with you today. My Mom is both dairy-free and gluten-free, so I have some experience traveling with a guest who has special dietary needs.

My first recommendation is to take some time before your visit and start perusing the menus. Did you know that you'll find almost every restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort has an online menu? For example, if you're planning to grab a quick meal inside Pandora- The World of Avatar at Disney's Animal Kingdom, you'll find online menus for both Pongu Pongu and Satu'li Canteen
         - Dining at Magic Kingdom Park
         - Dining at Disney's Hollywood Studios
         - Dining at Disney's Animal Kingdom

Depending on the type of food allergy or sensitivity, you may need to submit a special request. Emery, take a look at THIS PAGE which has all the information about dietary requests.

Finally, Emery, I'll share that when my Mom last traveled with us to Walt Disney World, I was so impressed with how the servers and kitchen staff helped with her dietary needs. On more than one occasion the chef came to our table to talk about modifications and prepared something separate (particularly if we were at a family-style meal or buffet) that would adhere to her restrictions. If you have any questions at all during your vacation, don't hesitate to ask to speak with the chef!

Emery, I'll be wishing on a star that your trip is full of mouthwatering treats and delectable dishes. If you have any other questions, please come on back to planDisney where we love chatting about food around the Walt Disney World Resort even more than Princess Tiana loves cookin' up some gumbo!

    Bon Appetit!
