Hi, there!
Sarah, it looks like you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort next week. How very exciting! There's no place I'd rather be, that's for sure.
As someone who appreciates nutritional information, I completely understand wanting to be able to view those details while you're on vacation. At this time, nutritional information for freshly prepared meals is not available on the Walt Disney World Resort website or on the
My Disney Experience mobile app. But not to fret! Nutritional information
is available at individual dining locations. If you have a specific dietary need or concern, you can ask to speak with a chef or a special diets trained Cast Member at any Quick-Service or Table-Service restaurant. The
Special Diets Team can even be contacted ahead of your visit by emailing Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.
Are you traveling with kiddos in tow? As a mom of three, I love that I can pinpoint healthy choices for my children by finding the
Mickey Check icon on menus throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks required a lot of energy, and I know I can help support my kids' nutritional needs by ordering Mickey Check menu items!
One last nutritional tip.
Guests are most welcome to bring their own snacks and beverages into the theme parks. I've been trying to increase my protein intake, so I plan on tossing some of my favorite protein-packed snacks into my backpack for our upcoming Disney vacation!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Sarah. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
