    Where can I find the nutrition information for Be Our Guest restaurant?

    Hi Erika,

    Disney has a great system in place that makes it easy to find foods that are healthy and meet Disney's nutritional guidelines.  Keep an eye out for the Mickey Check Symbol next to food items on menus throughout Walt Disney World. 

    If you need specific information because there may be a food allergy or a special diet requirement for someone in your party, you can certainly email www.special.diets@disneyworld.com to correspond with Disney chefs regarding nutrition and safe options for food allergies.
