Hiya, Barbara!
I keep hearing people tell me that calories don’t count when you're on vacation. While I appreciate the enabling sentiment that offers me, I appreciate even more the support Disney Parks offer for healthy eating, including
special dietary needs.
Because ingredients and methods of preparation may change at any time, the way to get current and accurate nutrition information is by requesting it directly from the
dining location in person. Look for the
Disney Check logo on menu items that adhere to nutritional guidelines for healthy eating, including items with ingredients like vegetables, lean proteins, and limited saturated fats, sugar, and sodium. Those who require healthy eating options for special dietary needs or allergies may review the menus for each restaurant location online or on the
Disneyland mobile app. If you have any specific questions or needs, I encourage you to
contact the Special Diets team.
May you have a magical and healthy time at the Disneyland Resort, Barbara!
