Where do I find the number on my pass?

Welcome to planDisney, Karen. While keeping things organized might not be the most fun part of the planning process, it is helpful and can be important. Plus, once you get through all of the organizing, you get to move on to more exciting things. So let's get you one step closer to the fun part!

It sounds like you might already have your tickets and are trying to link them in the Disneyland app. We can take care of this faster than you can say, "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious." First, find the email confirmation you received after purchasing your tickets. From the email, tap the "Access Your eTickets" button and then tap on your ticket. The next screen will show you a ticket with a barcode at the top and a number just below it. That number is the ticket ID number that will be used to link your ticket.

To link your ticket, open the Disneyland app and tap the "☰" to open the menu. Next, tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. If you see your ticket on the next screen, there's nothing else you need to do. Your ticket is already linked. If you don't see it, tap the "+" in the upper right corner, followed by "Link Tickets & Passes." Tap "Type ID" to use the ticket ID to link your ticket.

If that wasn't exactly what you were looking for and it's your Magic Key pass number that you're after, I've got you covered. In the Disneyland app, navigate back to the "My Tickets & Passes" screen and find your Magic Key pass. The number listed under the barcode is your pass number.

Karen, it looks like you're planning to visit during the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. Just when you think Disneyland can't get any more magical, it can, and it's during this season. There's nothing like dancing in the snow on Main Street, U.S.A. and taking in all of the holiday décor around the resort. Nothing gets me in a holly jolly mood faster than a visit to Disneyland during the holiday season.

Karen, I hope this has been helpful. If this isn't exactly the question you were asking, please come back to visit us with another one. Until then, here's wishing you a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
