Hey Kenneth, welcome to planDisney!
If your ticket is linked to your MyDisney account, you can see the remaining days on your My Disney Experience app. Click the ☰ button at the bottom right corner of your app, then choose “My Tickets & Passes.” Locate your ticket, which should display the remaining days and valid dates below the barcode.
If your ticket is not linked, you can also click “Link Tickets & Passes” at the top of the Tickets and Passes page in the app, then enter the ID Number from your ticket. My preferred method for linking theme park tickets is through the
Walt Disney World website. Visit “My Plans” and scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Click “+ Add More Plans” and select “Link Reservations and Purchases” from the drop-down menu. Next, select “Tickets” and enter the ID number from your ticket. I like doing this through the website because this page shows images of sample tickets and where you can find the ID number on each ticket type.
If you’re unable to link your tickets, you can email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. Include a photo of the front and back of your ticket, your full name, where and when your ticket was purchased, the purchaser’s name and form of payment, and a phone number where you can be reached during the day. Please allow 14 business days for a response. I see you’re a Florida resident, so if you’re local to Disney World, or you’re already visiting, you can visit a ticket window or Guest Relations location, or the concierge desk at your Disney Resort, for in-person assistance.
I hope this helps, Kenneth! Don’t forget to check out the
special offers on theme park tickets for Florida Residents! There is a special
3-Day, 3-Park ticket which you can use to enter one theme park per day on three separate days, valid from October 5 to December 23, 2025. This ticket is valid for admission to Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Animal Kingdom only. If you have any more questions, please send them our way at
planDisney!
