    Where can we find the Mickey Waffles with the strawberry topping that is more of a syrup that was used several months ago? In December, the waffles were topped with plain strawberries with no syrup. We love the "older version" but couldn't find

    Hi Karen!

         Does it get any better than Mickey shaped waffles???  These tempting treats are available at Chef Mickey's, Donald's Safari Breakfast in Animal Kingdom, 'Ohana and Captain Cooks in the Polynesian Resort, the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom, Cape May Buffet at the Beach Club, the Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge, 1900 Park Faire at the Grand Floridian and at nearly every fast food court in the Value and Moderate Resorts - whew!

         Now, tracking down they syrupy topping was a little trickier!  I know that it is officially off the menu at 1900 Park Faire, but that is the only place that I've heard of it being removed.  Nothing against fresh strawberries, but I prefer a little sugary sweetness on my pancakes as well!  I know for certain that I loaded my Mickey Waffles up with it at the Cape May Buffet back in September of 2010.  Best of luck to ya!
