Hi Jessica!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am obsessed with macarons and any food that is Mickey-shaped! In fact, my favorite snack at the Disneyland Resort is the Rose-Raspberry Mickey-shaped Macaron.
Usually my go-to macarons at Walt Disney World Resort are the Macaron Ice Cream sandwiches at
L'Artisan de Glaces and the Macarons Collection at
Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie (they make an excellent breakfast) in Epcot. However, those are round, but amazingly delicious, nonetheless. I often buy a box to bring home for my family and try not to eat them all on the plane ride home.
I have scoured the internet, looked up hashtags on Instagram and Twitter, asked Cast Members and friends, and read tons of blog posts trying to find the elusive Mickey-shaped macaron at Walt Disney World, but I haven't found it. There have been some spotted during holidays in past years and even at the Main Street Confectionary in Magic Kingdom Park in the past, but I can't get confirmation on any place currently. However, the menus are always changing, so they may show up in the future.
Once upon a time I wished for Totchos at Walt Disney World and now you can find them at Magic Kingdom Park and at Toy Story Land! Dreams do come true.
While I may not have found Mickey-shaped macarons, Walt Disney World offers Mickey-shaped cookies, Mickey Krispie treats, Mickey-shaped candy apples, Mickey Cake Pops, Mickey Ice Cream Bars, and of course the wonderfully delightful Mickey Waffles. I recommend stopping by the Main Street Confectionary in Magic Kingdom Park, because you can hit the Mickey treat jackpot there!
If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon! Happy snacking!
