Where can I find maps of the DVC resorts and the transportation to the parks?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Karen!

You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney.  How exciting that you are soon planning to visit Walt Disney World Resort and stay at one of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts. As a Disney Vacation Club Member for the last 22 years, our family loves the home-away-from-home amenities of the DVC Resorts. With unique theming at each Resort, it's like a whole new vacation awaits you each time you visit.

Karen, there isn't one single map that shows the Disney Vacation Club Resorts with transportation options. But I have a few options to recommend to perhaps help you get the information you are seeking.

First, if you are looking for a property overview map, you can find one here that will show you the entire Walt Disney World Resort. With this interactive map, you can move it around and it can give you a bird's eye view of where each Resort is located.

For a complete list of all of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts, you have two ways to find them.  From the Disney Vacation Club website, you can go to "Destinations" and select "Disney Vacation Club Resorts." This will give you a list of all of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts and you can filter it by location to Walt Disney World Resort to see the DVC properties there.

From the Walt Disney World website, you can go to "Places To Stay" and select "Deluxe Villas" which will pull up all of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts. You have the option to view this in "List" or "Map."  In the map view, you can also further filter it by location (so if you would like to be near the EPCOT area or Magic Kingdom area you can do that) and it will show the DVC Resorts in these locations. You can also select "Resort Characteristics" which can help filter which Resorts are on the Monorail or Disney Skyliner system.

Now, once you click on a specific Resort, you can go to "Amenities" and it will tell you the types of transportation available to it. For example, if you click on Disney's Old Key West Resort it will say watercraft and bus transportation is available.  For those on the Disney Skyliner like Disney's Riviera Resort, you will be able to see the Disney Skyliner map and where it travels.  But you do have to go into each Resort to specifically see what type of transportation services that Resort.

One tip, Karen, is that if you are at a Resort and don't want to wait for Disney's complimentary transportation, you can always book the Disney Minnie Van Service connected by Lyft to get you where you want to go in Lightning McQueen speed.  It is certainly a great option that can service you at any of the Disney Resorts on property. Kachow!

I hope this helps you, Karen!  If you have any further questions, stop back here to see us. We are just at the second star to the right and straight on til morning.

    See ya real soon!
