FastPass+ system in My Disney Experience will not allow you to make one Tier 1 selection, use it, and then immediately try to make another Tier 1 selection. It will only allow you to search for a subsequent Tier 1 selection after two Tier 2 selections have either been redeemed or their time of available use has expired.
