    Where do I find a list of my previous cruises???

    Thanks for sailing by planDisney with a great question. It’s always nice to “sea” another Castaway Club Member and I’m happy to share information about this new feature on the Disney Cruise Line website to view your past cruises. You become an official member of this special club the moment you step foot back on land from disembarking your very first sailing with Disney Cruise Line, and the perks only keep accumulating from there! Let’s dive in and take a look together.  

    • First, navigate to the Disney Cruise Line website and hover over the menu bar at the top labelled Already Booked.
    • From there, click on Castaway Club and a new screen will appear. Select the Log In button and enter your usual Disney account information.
    • The page will refresh, and you will see the Disney Cruise Loyalty Program information, Castaway Club, with an overview of the different levels and benefits.
    • Scroll down on that page and you should see a dashboard with an overview of your membership level and benefits. Just below that, you’ll see a chart of your past cruises including the ship, sail dates, and stateroom number.
    • For any sailings within the past 90 days, you can also download a copy of your folio to see itemized charges.  

    I love this new feature with details at my fingertips to reminisce about our past cruises and to help me plan more for the future! I will share that when recreating these steps for you, I had to do this twice as the page initially did not show my full cruise history. Please be sure that you’re logged in and navigate to the Castaway Club page for the right details to appear for your account.
