    Where can we find a list of the best choices for meals that are gluten free?

    Hello Chris,

    Thanks for writing.  In my experience, Walt Disney World does an outstanding job at accommodating guests with special dietary requests.  You will be able to find gluten free options at virtually every quick service and sit down dining venue, including buffet restaurants.  When you arrive at a dining location, simply inform either your server or a cast member of your special dietary needs, and they will partner you with a resource to explain what options are available.  You will also have an option to consult with either the chef or a special diets-trained Cast Member to discuss your specific needs.  I am confident that you will have a host of delicious options to chose from throughout your magical vacation!  I also recommend that when you make your advanced dining reservations, that you indicate your special dining needs by calling 407-939-3463.
