    how can i find out what is left on my park ticket?

    Hi Kelly!

    I have had a situation where we found an old Walt Disney World Resort ticket and needed assistance with finding out how many days remain. Though that was a while ago, we were able to find the information we were seeking so that we knew how to proceed. 

    You can find out how many days remain on the tickets you have in your possession if you show them to a cast member at the ticket windows at the theme parks and water parks, visit Guest Relations at Disney Springs, or even visit concierge at your Disney Resort hotel. If you would like to check this information from home, email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include a photo of the front and back of each ticket, your full name, where and when the ticket was purchased, the purchaser’s name and form of payment and a phone number. I hope this helps.
