How can I find an invoice on previous ticket purchases?

    Hello Amy!

Welcome to planDisney! I totally understand the need to look back on your previous ticket purchases to compare, reminisce and plan for the future.

This information is unfortunately not something easily found online in your My Disney Experience account like everything else is. From what Cast Members have told me, once a trip has passed it will disappear from your plans but unlike Bing Bong, it will not disappear in the memory dump forever! It is possible to retrieve! (Sorry for that emotional reference, I still tear up during that scene from Inside Out). What you need to do is reach out directly to the Billing Department at (407) 828-5630. They are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Past reservations are kept (up to a point) before they are archived. Another solution in case that number fails is to reach out to the Main Reservation Line and ask to be directed to "Billing."

I tried to find my prior reservations and invoices and found that when I searched my email using the keyword "Walt Disney World Vacation Confirmation" they would be located. I would definitely give this a try as well.

Please let me know how I can be of further assistance. You can find me here at planDisney crying over the loss of my childhood imaginary friend.

Remember, to aim for the moon and happy planning!

Meet the Panelist: Nimmy, New York

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
