    Also, is there a way to find out the ingredients of mixed drinks. I am allergic to apples but would really like to try a jungle juice and a dole whip this trip. Thank you

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, JoElla!

    The snacks and treats at Walt Disney World Resort are some of my favorite parts of our trip. In fact, I spend many afternoons when I am not on vacation dreaming about Mickey bars, Dole Whips and my favorite macaron ice cream sandwich from L'Artisan des Glaces in Epcot. Since my son has multiple food allergies, we have to be very careful to ensure he sticks to treats that are safe for him. One thing that has helped my family in accommodating our son's special diet during our vacation is being prepared. So before your trip, I recommend you get in contact with the Special Diets Team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com as they can provide information about your specific combination of allergens. During our trip, I have found that the Cast Members at the snack locations are very responsive when I inform them of our allergy and ask about ingredients and provide me with ingredient lists. That way, you can checkout the ingredients to determine which snacks are safe for you!
