Hi Danetta,
Thanks for asking about how to view information from your past cruises. I also sailed on the lovely
Disney Magic out of New Orleans to Mexico in April – I hope your family had as wonderful a time as mine did! I adored exploring the original Disney Cruise Line ship and thinking about all the families making special memories onboard the past 25 years, as Disney celebrates their
Silver Anniversary at Sea this summer. Our two stops in Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico were sunny and full of fun
Port Adventures! I’m happy to share how to view this past information on your account.
A recent update to the Disney Cruise Line website allows you to view your past cruises, organized by date.
First, log into the Disney Cruise Line website with your Disney account information. Then, navigate to
Already Booked > My Account > Castaway Club. On the
Castaway Club page, scroll down and you will see your past cruises listed with the sail date, ship, and stateroom number. You may download any stateroom charges in the folio for cruises within the past 90 days, which should include your April 2023 sailing.
If you booked a placeholder reservation while onboard in April, please keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for future announcements of new itineraries. My favorite tip is to combine a placeholder reservation with opening-day prices for brand new itineraries, about 18 months in advance, for a great cruise price and forward planning. If you didn’t take advantage of this onboard-only offer, the day the new itineraries are released remains an exciting time to reserve at a great price!
I hope this answers your question about finding the past cruise information, Danetta. Please sail by planDisney anytime for additional questions or needs as you look to your next magical adventure!
Hope to
sea you again soon,
Amy
