where can I find information on my placeholders

Welcome to planDisney, Patricia! I'm excited that you sailed by today to chat about your placeholder reservations; taking advantage of the onboard booking offer for a future cruise is one way to answer the call of the sea when it reaches out to you again while locking in a discounted sailing rate at the same time - what's not to love about that? It's such a tempting offer that the planDisney class of 2024 couldn't resist securing those future sailings on our training cruise, and I just recently needed to access my placeholder information, so I'm happy to help you out today!

Patricia, to find information about any placeholder bookings you have made, you can search your email for the booking confirmation that Disney Cruise Line sent to you when you made the initial reservation (this email usually shows up within 72 hours from the time of booking). In this email, you'll find all the details of your offer, including the timeframe you're eligible to use your reservation and other important terms and conditions for sailing with Disney Cruise Line. Another option is to navigate to Already Booked on the Disney Cruise Line website and then click on My Cruise History and Folio; here you will find the reservation number and an artificial end date, but it's a good way to keep track of how many placeholders you have booked and to find the reservation numbers for easy access when you are ready to book! If for any reason you have trouble finding them online, you can also reach out to a friendly Cast Member by phone who will be able to access your placeholder information, and if you've decided when you'd like to set sail again, they can also complete your booking on the phone to let the countdown begin!

If you're still searching for the perfect ship, itinerary, or travel dates, you can use this helpful list of Blockout Dates to be sure you don't select a sailing that is not eligible for your placeholder offer. This list was helpful to me recently when I had my eyes set on a specific sailing aboard the Disney Wish; luckily it was not blocked out and I'm excited to be sailing this spring on a new-to-me ship!

Patricia, I hope this helps, and I hope you find the perfect voyage for your next vacation! If you have any other questions as you plan for your next adventure, there's always room on board here at planDisney; come back anytime and let us help with all of your planning questions!

    Bon Voyage,
    Alison
