Hi Doreen!
Welcome to planDisney! Toledo has such a special place in my heart because it’s actually where my welcome dinner took place when I first became a part of the planDisney panel!
There are a couple of ways you could go about getting a reservation for such a large group.
First up, you can try to book your reservation
on Disney World’s website or by using the
My Disney Experience app. The filters allow you to choose a party of 15; however, oftentimes, that makes it more difficult to find a reservation. If you don’t mind your party splitting up, you can split the party into 2 or 3 groups and make separate reservations for similar times. Then, once you check into the restaurant, you can request to be seated near each other. While it’s not guaranteed, it’s always worth kindly asking!
Next, you can look into booking private dining at Toledo. To book this, contact the restaurant via the phone number provided under the Private Dining section of
Toledo’s webpage on Disney World’s website. That could really make for an extra special night!
Remember, dining reservations are subject to availability, so I recommend trying to make a reservation as soon as your dining reservation booking window opens, especially with such a large group.
If you’re staying at a
Disney World resort, your Advanced Dining Reservation booking window will open at 6 AM Eastern, 60 days prior to your resort check-in date. At that time, you’ll be able to book your dining reservations for your entire trip. If you’re staying off-property, your booking window will open at 6 AM Eastern, 60 days prior to the specific date you’re hoping for.
I hope that helps! And I hope you have an incredible meal with your party! If you have any other questions, feel free to come back and visit us.
